Dr. Rick Hoover graduated from the Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1994. He specializes in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine.
Billy Dycus, NP graduated from Walden University in 2018. He specializes in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine.
Lainey has worked for Dr. Hoover for 3 years. She is an AACC Level 1 Certified Mental Heath Coach.
